The Distinguished Citizen of the Year award is to recognize individuals living and/or working in the Troy area, who has distinguished themselves by making an outstanding contribution in business and/or in their personal lives that benefit the Troy community. These outstanding individuals with their spouses are honored at the Chamber’s Recognition Banquet held each November.
