The Troy Area Chamber of Commerce is committed to provide programming that is responsive to the needs of the membership. The Troy Chamber hosts more than 200 programs and events each year. Chamber programs provide a venue for all of our members to gain valuable leadership and business development training right here in our community. The programs offer insight from prominent speakers, business and government leaders on various topics. It also provides open forums for discussion and action on pertinent issues of concern to the Troy business community.

The Troy Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to be able to provide educational programming to the business community, such as Dale Carnegie Training, Human Resource Council training that offers continuing educational credits for PHR/SPHR recertification. The membership has the opportunity to hear from special presenters throughout the year on issues affecting business and our community. Just within the last year, the Chamber has featured speakers such as U.S. Congressman John Boehner, Senator Fred Strahorn, State Representative Richard Adams, and representatives from the U.S. Chamber, the Ohio Chamber, and National Federation of Independent Business.

The Chamber programs offer something for everyone, no matter what your industry or job function. In addition to educational and training programs, Chamber members can participate in well-attended business networking events, and formal awards and recognition banquets.

Today's world is complex and is calling out for women leaders who care, share, create positive results and interact with the future. the Women's Leadership Connection annual conference encourages participants to stretch their comfort zone. It provides attendees a unique opportunity for leadership development, education and networking opportunities.
