Support the CEO and speak with one voice outside the boardroom
Avoid involvement in day-to-day operations
Engagement
Attend meetings prepared and on time
Participate actively in discussions and committees
Respect differing viewpoints and maintain confidentiality
Accountability
Uphold the chamber’s policies and code of conduct
Represent the chamber positively in the community
Participate in annual self-assessment and development
