Developing Tomorrow’s Leaders, Today

The Troy Area Chamber of Commerce is committed to cultivating strong, informed leaders who will shape the future of our community. Through Leadership Troy and Teen Leadership Troy, participants gain a deeper understanding of our local community while building the skills, connections, and confidence needed to lead with purpose.

PROGRAM COMMITMENT:

Leadership Troy is a ten-month long educational program for business leaders already acting as servant leaders in our community. The program begins with an evening retreat to turn a group of individuals into a cohesive network of empowered community leaders. Each month one day is dedicated to a specific issue or challenge Troy and Miami County faces. The program ends with a graduation ceremony. Program dates and topics can be reviewed below.

Each program day is a unique experience that cannot be recreated. Because of this, Leadership Troy has strict attendance requirements. The participant is required to attend, in their entirety, the orientation and program days. In addition the program participant will be required to participate in their class’ project, which may necessitate additional hours outside of the Leadership Troy Program time. If the program participant fails to meet these obligations, he or she will be asked to withdraw from the program and the tuition is non-refundable.

Leadership Troy will meet on the second Wednesday each month unless otherwise noted.  Download the 2026 schedule here.
