Teen Leadership Troy introduces high school students to leadership, civic engagement, and the many opportunities available within their community. Through hands-on experiences and meaningful conversations with local leaders, students gain a deeper understanding of how Troy’s businesses, organizations, and local government work together to create a thriving community.

The program helps students build confidence, leadership skills, and community awareness while encouraging them to see themselves as future leaders in Troy. By connecting students with local industries and community partners, Teen Leadership Troy also helps inspire the next generation of talent to build their futures right here in Troy, Ohio.

What Students Experience

Teen Leadership Troy provides students with an engaging, real-world look at the community around them. Through interactive sessions and community exploration, participants gain valuable insight into the industries, institutions, and people that shape the Troy region.

Who Can Participate

Teen Leadership Troy is designed for rising Senior High Students living or going to school in Troy. Students should be interested in developing leadership skills, learning more about their community, and connecting with peers who share a passion for leadership and service.

Participants represent multiple schools and backgrounds, creating a collaborative environment where students can learn from one another while building lasting relationships.
