Applications are reviewed with the goal of creating a strong, diverse class representing a variety of businesses, organizations, industries, experiences, and perspectives. Because the class is limited to 22 participants, submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Graduates join a network of more than 660 Leadership Troy alumni. Alumni are encouraged to continue putting their leadership experience into action through community involvement, volunteer leadership, board service, and other opportunities throughout Troy and Miami County.

Complete the Leadership Troy application by the published deadline. Because each class is limited to 22 participants, prospective participants are encouraged to apply early.
