The ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus once said "the only constant in life is change". That saying has never been more true, as we are all dealing with the changes and upheaval caused by the COVID-19 crisis. This virtual 30-minute session introduces a basic 3-phase model for how people react to change. It will also review some basic strategies and techniques to help guide yourself and others through each phase. If you own a business or manage people, we are sure you will take something useful from this discussion.
